We are primuim coffee machine service provider, known for reliable service and quality technical support. As our operations grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technician to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Technical Duties:
- Install, set up, and test equipment at customer locations.
- Perform basic repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with regular maintenance and servicing schedules.
- Inventory management of parts, tools, and machines.
Delivery Duties:
- Safely transport supplies to various client locations.
- Count, check, and arrange stock before delivery.
- Verify and organize items on-site during delivery.
- Ensure accurate delivery documentation and reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of delivery vehicle.
Other Duties:
- Support with stock-taking and warehouse organization.
- Report any damaged or missing items immediately.
- Maintain good communication with office and customers.
Requirements:
- Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record, or have own transport tools for work(prefer motorcycle)
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment safely.
- Basic mechanical/technical skills (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Punctual, reliable, and customer-service focused.
- Prior technical experience is a plus.
