What You'll Do & What Success Looks Like

As a Coffee Route Driver, you'll be the face of Percasso for a portfolio of business customers throughout the Portland metro area.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver coffee, beverages, snacks, and breakroom supplies to customer locations.
• Service and maintain assigned accounts on a scheduled route.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish products to meet customer demand.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate product rotation and merchandising.
• Keep coffee stations, breakrooms, and refreshment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing friendly, responsive, and professional service.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and grow account success.
• Complete route documentation, inventory tracking, and service records accurately.
• Operate company vehicles safely while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and ensure every account receives outstanding service.

We're looking for individuals who are dependable, customer-oriented, and enjoy working independently.

Qualified candidates will have:

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer, tablet, and mobile device proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Route delivery, inventory management, merchandising, warehouse, vending, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
