The North Axis is a student development company for Classes 5 - 12, helping young people find direction early through instructor-led CLUBs, career guidance and measurable development.
Our ecosystem includes:
- 12 CLUBs across sports, performing arts, AI/coding, communication and entrepreneurship.
- Career Compass - psychometric assessment & career counselling.
- Discover 7D - our seven-dimension student development framework.
- Events & Workshops - talent hunts, inter-school leagues, university workshops and corporate tournaments.
With 12+ programme partners, we are now transitioning from our B2C pilot to a scalable B2B model across schools, universities, townships and corporates.
The Role:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator who can work alongside the Founder to turn partnerships into recurring revenue and scalable multi-campus operations.
You will own:
- B2B partnerships and institutional sales.
- Multi-campus programme delivery and operations.
- Instructor hiring, training and quality systems.
- Events and corporate engagement vertical.
- Pricing, unit economics, MIS and cash-flow discipline.
- Team building, operating playbooks and systems.
- Fundraising support and investor readiness.
Who We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably EdTech/B2B.
- Proven experience closing institutional deals with schools, colleges, universities or corporates.
- Experience scaling operations across multiple locations/partners.
- Strong understanding of P&L, pricing and unit economics.
- A hands-on founder mindset and willingness to work for equity until funding.
- Based in Delhi NCR, with Noida-based candidates preferred.
Existing networks across schools, CBSE clusters, universities or corporate HR teams would be a strong advantage.
