CoFounder & Chief Technology Officer- IT-Software

Co-Founder & CTO | Humain, AI-Native HRIS | Bengaluru / Remote-friendly

Humain is a multi-tenant HR platform with core modules already built. I'm looking for a technical co-founder to take it from a solo build to a scalable, secure, investor-ready product.

What you'll be accountable for:

- Architecture, scalability, and technical roadmap

- Security and compliance foundations (secrets management, audit readiness, SOC 2 / ISO 27001 groundwork)

- Cloud infrastructure and deployment, moving beyond shared hosting

- Building and leading the engineering team, including AI/LLM integration

- Presenting technical strategy to investors and enterprise buyers

What we expect from you:

- 10+ years in software engineering, with experience designing multi-tenant SaaS

- Strong Java/PHP/React/MariaDB or equivalent, plus cloud and DevOps depth

- Practical experience with LLM and AI-agent systems

- Prior experience leading engineers

- Full-time commitment once terms are signed

Terms (please read carefully):

- This is a co-founder role, equity-only for the 4-year vesting period, with a 1-year cliff

- No cash compensation until we close our funding round. After that, salary starts at a band agreed in writing

- Equity percentage and roles are discussed with shortlisted candidates and documented in a founders' agreement before anyone starts
