About us:

GoMaterial is building quick commerce for building materials. Contractors, plumbers, electricians and small manufacturers still source through phone calls, mandi visits and 23 day waits. We compress that to same-day and 60-minute delivery, with credit built in.

In 20 months, bootstrapped and profitable, we've done 125 Cr+ GMV, now at a 200 Cr+ annualised GMV run rate only in Delhi NCR, in a $220 Bn market.

We are now raising our first institutional seed round to scale the business and are looking for a co-founder to lead our fundraising strategy and investor relationships.

The role:

Our founding team has the domain and supply-chain depth. What we need is a co-founder who owns capital end-to-end, working directly with the CEO:

- Lead the current round to close, and every round after through Series A

- Build and run the investor pipeline - angels, seed funds, VCs

- Run diligence, structure and negotiate term sheets

Who we're looking for:

A warm, existing investor network is the single most important thing. You should bring roughly INR 100 Cr+ raised, deployed or evaluated - either as a founder who personally led those raises, or as an investor who was part of those deals.

- Preferred: IIT / IIM background or time at a top-tier VC; existing relationships with India-focused early-stage funds; comfort with commerce, logistics or marketplace models.
