Leonard’s Syrups is seeking a dependable and motivated Draft Beer Line Cleaning Technician (Coil Cleaner) to join our team. This position is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and servicing draft beer lines and related equipment at customer locations to ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and quality.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is not required. We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of draft beer lines, coils, and related equipment at customer locations.

• Follow established cleaning procedures and industry standards to maintain the cleanliness and proper operation of draft beer systems.

• Inspect draft beer systems for potential issues, including buildup, leaks, and equipment malfunctions.

• Troubleshoot and address minor equipment issues as needed.

• Complete all assigned customer accounts and scheduled services in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed and payments collected.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional, friendly, and reliable service.

• Properly maintain and care for company-provided tools, equipment, supplies, and vehicles.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper handling and use of cleaning chemicals.

• Communicate service concerns, equipment issues, and customer needs to management.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.
