Cold Caller / Appointment Setter:

We are looking for a hungry, experienced cold caller who knows how to start conversations, handle objections, and book qualified appointments.

You will be calling business owners in the accounting and home services industries to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team.

This is a commission-only position with strong earning potential for someone who is confident, consistent, and motivated by results.

Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound calls.
- Follow proven scripts while sounding natural.
- Speak directly with business owners and decision-makers.
- Qualify prospects and book appointments.
- Handle common objections confidently.
- Track calls, conversations, and appointments.
- Follow up with interested prospects.

Requirements:
- Previous cold-calling or appointment-setting experience.
- Strong spoken English and clear communication.
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with rejection.
- Reliable internet, computer, headset, and quiet workspace.
- Able to work North American business hours.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working on commission.
- Experience calling accounting firms or home service businesses is an advantage.

Compensation:
- Commission paid for qualified appointments booked, with additional bonuses available for strong performance and closed deals.
