Job Summary

Supervise, guide, and train operators in the Cold End department to perform according to the maintenance plan for Cold End and inspection machines, ensuring continuous operation of glass bottle quality inspection and production of high-quality bottles.

Job Description:

1.Plan, supervise, and manage the maintenance of Cold End and inspection machines. 2 Prepare spare parts within the area of responsibility to ensure no impact on the production process. 3. Prepare the annual departmental budget, control internal expenses, and manage spare part withdrawals. 4. Implement activities related to ISO systems, GHPs, HACCP, 5S, and Kaizen. 5.Carry out safety and environmental activities by identifying unsafe conditions or actions within the factory, taking corrective actions, and reporting to supervisors. 6. Provide guidance to Cold End technicians and coordinate with machine vendors to adjust the inspection machines for consistent high-quality glass bottle production. 7. Perform other related duties as assigned
