Cold Production Cook

We are currently seeking a Full Time Cold Production Cook to join our enthusiastic team at Artman!

Key job responsibilities include:

This position is responsible for preparing hot and cold food items using a variety of production tools, techniques, and equipment.
Prepare all food indicated by the production sheets according to recipe and standards.
Prepare all required food on time for each meal period.
Execute cooking methods including baking, grilling, roasting and sauté.
Incorporate food safety fundamentals into daily job functions.
Has a working knowledge of commercial cooking equipment, (oven, fryer, char grill and flat top griddle).

Shift Available:

Full-Time 11:00am-7:00pm including every other weekend.

Education and Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum one year of culinary experience in a commercial kitchen, or high volume restaurant.
