Collaborating Physician (ER/Urgent Care)

Patient Plus Urgent Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Collaborating Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced urgent care environment. The Medical Doctor is responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries while ensuring safe, efficient, and professional care.

In addition to direct patient care, this position serves as a collaborating physician for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). The physician will provide clinical guidance, consultation, and support to advanced practice providers, assist with complex clinical decision-making when needed, and help ensure care is delivered in accordance with established clinical standards, organizational policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an urgent care and emergency care environment, demonstrates sound clinical judgment, and values a collaborative, team-based approach to patient care.
