Role Summary

Reporting to Collection/AR Manager, you will supervise the collection process to follow DHL strategy and to achieve country DSO, ageing & bad debt targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Interface with customers to resolve credit and billing problems.
• Handle complaints from Customers related to outstanding, do reconciliation, investigate and draft suitable replies and ensure improvements are implemented to address problem areas.
• Work together with internal team for special invoice arrangement and ensure that billing disputes are solved in timely manner
• Ensure implementation and compliance of credit and billing policies and procedures.
• Initiate credit suspension for delinquent accounts to minimize bad debt expenses in consultation with the Credit Control & Collection Manager.
• Liaise with 3rd party collection to manage bad debt provision and expenses.
• Build up comprehensive credit data on Customers and provide feedback to Management.

Qualifications

• Minimal bachelor’s degree with related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Supervisory experience.
• Having 3-5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the Express or Logistics industry would be a plus.
• Having Minimum Intermediate Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Communication skills (English and Bahasa), spoken and written.
• Knowledge in Credit Analysis and Debt Collection.
• Having knowledge in Legal and Financial Accounting would be an advantage.
• Candidates must be able to meet the legal requirements to work in Indonesia.
