| Job Objective/Goal | To lead and manage the Collections Department by developing effective collection strategies, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding receivables, minimizing delinquency and bad debt, and maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Responsible for overseeing collection operations, improving team performance, managing collection risks, and ensuring achievement of collection targets while maintaining positive customer relationships. |
| Responsibilities | 1. Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery and reduce delinquent accounts 2. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance and provide regular reports to management 3. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for collection processes 4. Monitor collection agencies and third-party vendors to ensure service quality and compliance 5. Prepare collection forecasts, recovery plans, and portfolio performance analysis for management 6. Develop collection management system to maximize daily collection process |
| Authority | 1. Assign delinquent accounts to collection officers or external collection agencies 2. Recommend legal action or account write-off based on company policy 3. Recommend policy and procedural improvements related to collection activities |
