To manage collection and portfolio monitoring activities through evaluation of delinquency trends, assessment of recovery opportunities and implementation of measures supporting portfolio quality and risk mitigation.

• Provide customer service both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure RBI and internal compliance matrixes are adhered to.
