Collection Manager - Writeoff Company: SkillLabs Job Location: Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Madhya Pradesh, India Employment Type: Full-time To manage and recover overdue and written-off loan accounts for two-wheeler and three-wheeler vehicle finance portfolios. The role involves field collection, customer follow-ups, settlement negotiations, vehicle tracing and repossession coordination, where legally permitted, to maximize recovery and minimize credit losses. 6+ Bucket Recovery Handle severely overdue loan accounts, including 180+ DPD and other 6+ bucket accounts as per company policy. Conduct regular field visits to customers' residences, workplaces, and business locations. Contact delinquent customers and guarantors to secure payment commitments and overdue recoveries. Follow up on broken payment promises and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues. .
