Collections Manager

Northwest Respiratory Services is a leading provider of oxygen & respiratory products throughout the Midwest & Northern Rockies. We are currently in search of a seasoned Collections Manager for our Eagan, MN office.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Work assigned reports, dashboards, and aging queues daily
- Manage AR of private pay accounts across all aging buckets (current, 30/60/90+ days)
- Within 24 hours (or otherwise timely manner):
- Make collection calls to patients and/or their families
- Respond to collection calls from patients and/or their families
- Identify correct responsible party, insurance and make corrections to invoices
- Work aged receivables
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Meet individual and departmental goals
- Utilize Brightree software
