Collections Officer (Contact Center)

This role involves contacting customers with overdue loan payments, negotiating repayment plans, and updating repayment information on our system. You must be comfortable making outbound calls, speaking confidently, and working with monthly performance targets (KPIs).

Earning Potential: ₦220,000 monthly (₦100k fixed + ₦120k performance)

Work Hours: Mon–Fri (9am–6pm), 2 Saturdays onsite monthly, Sunday remote shift

Qualifications:
●0 - 2 years of experience
●SSCE, BSc, Diploma, HND Certification
