COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST- ARNOLD OIL COMPANY
We are looking for a full-time Collections Specialist to join our Austin team.
Our ideal candidate has 2 years of collections experience as well as other related accounts receivable. We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. This is a deadline oriented, fast-paced environment where strong organizational skills are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing customer service regarding collection issues. Contact customers by phone regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts-Customer calls,
- May enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process. Assist with the monitoring of payments on existing accounts
- Must Communicate & follow up effectively with the sales department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with store locations and sales.
Requirements
- Be dependable and maintain high level of confidentiality, integrity, and work ethic.
- Be willing and able to work additional hours, as needed.
- Pass pre-employment qualifications such as a Criminal Background Screening, Employment Verification, and Functional Capacity Exam/Drug Screen
Pay: Competitive pay (Depending on experience)
