Collision Center Admin
Firkins CDJR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Collision Center Admin to join our team in Bradenton, FL. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our collision center by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and assisting customers to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries related to the collision center.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate repair timelines with technicians and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts orders, and customer information.
- Assist with billing processes and ensure timely follow-up on payments.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies and vendors as needed.
- Support the collision center team with administrative duties to promote efficient operations.
Requirements
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in an automotive or collision center setting.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using scheduling or management software.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
