Collision Service Representative - Ferman Chevrolet Brandon Collision Center
- Train to become an Experienced Collision Estimator.
- General administrative and Guest service tasks.
- Answer phone calls.
- Greet Guests.
- Check-in damaged vehicles to be repaired.
- Communicate with Guest and update them on vehicle repair status.
- Assist Estimators with administrative paperwork.
- Balance vehicle repair orders.
- Accuracy and proficiency with numbers.
- Automotive Experience Preferred
- Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent Guest service.
- Bi-lingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish highly desirable.
- Desire to achieve Consumer Satisfaction scoring at or above company required levels.
- Excellent verbal & non-verbal skills, listening skills and ability to problem-solve.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
