Job Description
Core Responsibilities/ Nhiệm vụ chính:
Use of best practices of CHO Work Instruction in Moulding to keep CHO activities in safe, quality and efficiency condition. / Sử dụng các thực hành tốt nhất thay đổi màu trong khu vực ép nhựa để duy trì hoạt động thay màu trong điều kiện an toàn, chất lượng và hiệu quả.
Carry out color changes. / Thực hiện thay đổi màu sắc.
Start-up of production machines according to process sheet. /Khởi động máy sản xuất theo hướng dẫn quy trình.
Guarantee high quality level during machine start-ups and/or first piece runs. / Đảm bảo chất lượng sản xuất cao trong suốt quá trình khởi động máy và/hoặc chạy những mẫu sản phẩm đầu tiên.
Deliver samples to quality control area for approval and release. / Chuyển sản phẩm mẫu cho khu vực kiểm soát chất lượng nhằm xét duyệt và lưu kho.
Cleaning of workplace during and after Color changes in the area. / Làm vệ sinh khu vực làm việc trong suốt quá trình và sau khi thực hiện sự thay đổi màu sắc trong khu vực.
Cooperation with Quality Control and Maintenance Areas regarding to Color CHO. / Hợp tác với các bộ phận Quản lý Chất lượng và Bảo trì liên quan tới thay đổi màu.
Report damage to machines, equipment and moulds to maintenance department during Change over color. / Báo cáo thiệt hại máy móc, thiết bị và khuôn đến bộ phận Bảo trì trong suốt thời gian diễn ra khi thay đổi màu.
Perform another necessary tasks assigned by Leader. / Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ cần thiết được giao bởi Quản lý.
Yêu cầu công việc / Do you have what it takes?
One to three years related experience and or training. / Có kinh nghiệm làm việc hoặc đào tạo liên quan từ 1 đến 3 năm.
Major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent – Diploma level or above. / Chuyên ngành Cơ khí hoặc tương đương – trình độ Trung cấp trở lên.
Knowledge in Injection Moulding Operation, Injection parameter, Plastic experiment; Proficient knowledge and experience with numerous different sizes and types of molding machines as well as Resin, Masterbatch (preferred). / Chuyên môn nghiệp vụ - Có kiến thức thực hành Quy trình Vận hành Ép khuôn, Thông số máy ép khuôn, Thử nghiệm Nhựa; Kiến thức vững chắc và kinh nghiệm chuyên sâu với nhiều kích thước và phân loại khuôn khác nhau cũng như là Resin, Masterbatch (ưu tiên).
Overhead bridge crane experience. / Có kinh nghiệm vận hành cần trục cẩu trục.
Mechanic, set-up, or maintenance experience. / Có kinh nghiệm làm việc lĩnh vực cơ khí, bảo trì, lắp ráp.
Have experience to work with Injection Moulding Machine. / Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với máy ép khuôn.
Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed. / Linh hoạt về thời gian (đôi lúc hỗ trợ làm việc tăng ca vào cuối tuần.
Process thinking. / Có khả năng suy nghĩ theo hệ thống
Problem Solving. / Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề
