Colour Sample Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sample room planners and align sample development process.
- Participate in development meetings whilst sourcing fabric & other raw material based on the customer request, in order to ensure samples/ prototypes are completed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Effectively manage the customer development calendar to meet internal / external deadlines, requirements and work on new development projects for business growth, whilst maintaining cordial relationship with all the internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate data entry for costing /product / BOMs, share information with all relevant internal stakeholders and facilitate decision making with regular reporting to sustain the business.
- Support the Sample process by updating relevant information into the system in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate the effective completion of samples.
- Manage customer expectations by catering to their specific developments / project’s requirements.
Knowledge and skills
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Management.
- 1 year of experience in apparel field.
- Good communication & negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in MS office package.
- Good leadership and team working ability.
