Starting pay: $16.94 per hour. The actual hourly rate varies by client assignment and shift. Ask recruiting for the specific pay rate and schedule for the assignment before accepting an offer.

Work that supports independence
Help people build daily living skills and independence through home and community support with ABI Resources.
What you will do
• Provide companionship and support for everyday home and community life.
• Support independent living skills, cooking, hygiene, bathing, and homemaking as assigned.
• Encourage participation in community activities and respect each person's choices and dignity.
Schedule options
Full-time, part-time, temporary, weekday, and weekend schedules are advertised for this position. Share your preferred 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift and the days you can work. Recruiting can explain which current openings match your availability.
What you need
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Drug screening and a background check are required.
Helpful, but not required
One year of experience working with people with disabilities is preferred, but not required.
