COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR I

You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR I in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PSNS and IMF.

You will inspect work while in progress and upon completion.

You will change work plans, work assignments, and methods as necessary to reduce or control costs and maintain schedule.

You will assign work to subordinates and instructs them on work and schedule requirements, methods and procedures as needed.

You will supervise employees in shops or aboard ships performing complex work evolutions to assure compliance with technical directives.

You will supervise a variety of trade workers at various grade levels in the performance of nuclear and non-nuclear production work.

You will change work plans, assignments, and methods as necessary to reduce or control costs and maintain the work schedule.

You will determine the work to be completed and ensure the nature and scope of the work is communicated clearly via written and verbal methods.
