COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR II

You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR II in the ELECTRICAL SHOP, PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.

You will serve as the final on-site authority for resolving the most complex technical problems and integration conflicts.

You will provide authoritative information and advice to higher-level supervisors and management officials on the feasibility of work assignments, workload data, and budget estimates.

You will plan on a quarterly or longer basis the overall use of subordinate trade crews and resources under their operational control for the duration of a ship availability project.

You will analyze and approve work plans developed by subordinate trade supervisors and monitor the status of their work in relation to the overall project schedule, making adjustments for emergent requirements.
