COMERCIA ERP Development Manager (H/M/X)

About the role

ERP Professional / Microsoft Dynamics with more than 10 years of experience in the design, development, architecture, and management of solutions on Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). Specialization in technical leadership of development teams, vendor and partner management, design of scalable architectures, and integration of D365 F&O with the Microsoft ecosystem.

Advanced experience in X++ development, Dynamics 365 F&O extensibility, integrations with Azure and Dataverse, application lifecycle management (ALM), CI/CD, and environment administration via Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS). Ability to act as an interlocutor between business, architecture, technical teams, and external vendors, guaranteeing the quality, scalability, and correct execution of solutions.

What you'll do

• Technical leadership and management of internal and external development teams specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Management of vendors, Microsoft Partners, and ISVs, ensuring technical quality and deadline compliance.

• Design of scalable solutions for D365 F&O, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations.

• Development and review of solutions using X++, MorphX, and Visual Studio.

• Definition and application of extensibility strategies based on Chain of Command (CoC), Event Handlers, and form and table extensions.

• Review and validation of technical and architectural proposals.

• Translation of functional requirements into technical user stories, effort estimations, and development tasks.

• Backlog management and participation in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Establishment of development standards, code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices.

• Design of integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O, legacy applications, and third-party systems.

• Management of deployment processes, releases, and D365 F&O environments.

• Definition and supervision of ALM and CI/CD processes via Azure DevOps.

• Environment administration via Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS).

• Coordination of vendors to guarantee project delivery on time and in the proper manner.

• Advanced development in X++ on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

• Development of customizations using the D365 F&O extensibility framework.

• Implementation of Chain of Command (CoC), Event Handlers, and table and form extensions.

• Development of solutions using Data Management Framework (DMF).

• Creation of Data Entities and Composite Entities.

• Experience with data export strategies to BYOD, Azure Data Lake, and Microsoft Fabric.

• Development via SysOperation Framework, Business Events, SSRS, and Electronic Reporting (ER).

• Design and development of integrations via OData and REST APIs.

• Integration of D365 F&O with external services and applications.

• Participation in migrations and evolutions from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 F&O.

• Optimization and maintenance of ERP solutions in production environments.

• Design of integration architectures between Dynamics 365 F&O and the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Implementation of integrations via Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and API Management.

• Integration between Dynamics 365 F&O and Dataverse via Dual-write and Virtual Entities.

• Design of solutions using Power Platform to extend the functional capabilities of the ERP.

• Architecture and development of Canvas and Model-driven applications via Power Apps.

• Design of workflows and automations via Power Automate and Business Events.

• Integration of analytical solutions via Power BI.

• Knowledge of One Dynamics One Platform (ODOP) strategies.

• Design of data architectures using Azure Data Lake and Microsoft Fabric.

• Technical leadership of evolution projects from Dynamics AX towards Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including architecture, X++ development, extensibility, data migration, and integrations.

• Design and implementation of an integration architecture between D365 F&O and external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and Dataverse.

• Definition and implementation of CI/CD and ALM processes using Azure DevOps and LCS, including branching, automated builds, deployments, environment management, and releases.

• Design of solutions complementary to the ERP using Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate, integrated with D365 F&O.

• Direction and coordination of internal teams, external providers, technology partners, and ISVs, ensuring technical quality, architectural compliance, and on-time project delivery.
