Commercial & Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

Jaheziya is seeking an experienced Commercial & Procurement Manager / Supply Chain Manager to lead our commercial, procurement and supply chain activities.

The role will oversee strategic sourcing, supplier and contract management, purchasing and logistics, ensuring the timely and cost-effective supply of goods, equipment and services required for emergency services and other operational projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities, including sourcing, tendering, purchasing and logistics.

• Manage RFQs, RFPs and tenders, including commercial evaluation and supplier negotiations.

• Source technical and operational requirements including PPE, firefighting & rescue equipment, vehicles, specialist tools, spare parts and operational supplies.

• Develop and manage relationships with local and international suppliers and service providers.

• Negotiate supplier, subcontractor and framework agreements.

• Support project mobilisation and ensure timely availability of critical equipment and services.

• Provide procurement and commercial input for bids, proposals and contract renewals.

• Manage supplier performance, procurement risks, cost savings and supply continuity.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain or commercial management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, contract management and technical procurement.

• UAE/GCC experience managing local and international suppliers and procuring technical equipment and services.

• Experience within emergency services, fire & rescue, defence, oil & gas, industrial services or government contracting is strongly preferred.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Commerce, Finance or equivalent.

• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM or CSCP are advantageous.
