Commercial and Enterprise Risk Director – Technology Firm

The Role

We are partnering with an innovative technology company looking for an experienced Commercial & Enterprise Risk Director to build and lead a best-in-class risk framework that enables growth while protecting the business.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll:

• Lead the enterprise risk management framework across the business
• Partner with commercial, product and executive teams to support strategic decision-making
• Identify and manage operational, financial and strategic risks
• Drive risk governance, policies and reporting to senior leadership and the Board
• Foster a strong risk culture across a dynamic, fast-paced organisation

We're looking for someone with:

• 10+ years' experience in enterprise and commercial risk
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience within technology, digital, fintech or other fast-paced industries
• A commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk and business growth
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams
