Are you analytical, proactive, and interested in business development and operations?
We're looking for a motivated Commercial & Operations Analyst to join our Talent Solutions team.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in business development, data analysis, and project coordination while working directly with our Operations Director.
What You'll Do
Business Development (50%)
- Research potential B2B clients and identify business opportunities.
- Support prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- Identify decision-makers and coordinate business meetings.
- Follow up on commercial opportunities.
- Assist with business presentations and proposals.
Operations & Data Analysis (50%)
- Track and analyze KPIs for recruitment projects.
- Collect and organize operational data.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Follow up on project activities, deadlines, and client commitments.
- Support the Operations Director with operational insights.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships.
- Recent graduates and students nearing graduation are welcome.
- Recruitment industry experience is not required.
Technical Skills
- Advanced English (spoken and written) — Required.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of KPIs.
- Power BI or CRM knowledge is a plus.
