We're looking for a proactive, analytical, and motivated professional to join our Talent Solutions team!

This role combines Business Development (50%) and Operations Analysis (50%), offering the opportunity to work directly with our Operations Director.

What You'll Do

* Identify business opportunities and support B2B prospecting.

* Research potential clients and key decision-makers.

* Analyze KPIs and track recruitment project performance.

* Create reports, dashboards, and business insights.

* Support project coordination and client follow-ups.

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.

* 0–2 years of experience (internships welcome!).

* Advanced English — Required.

* Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.

* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
