James Wood Motors is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to assist with commercial and residential property maintenance projects. We are looking for someone hardworking, detail-oriented, and experienced in general maintenance and repair work.
Responsibilities
- Perform general property maintenance and repairs
- Basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry work
- Assist with remodels and property improvements
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues efficiently
- Maintain clean and sage job sites
- Communicate professionally with team members and tenants.
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial and/or residential maintenance
- Knowledge of basic construction trades
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Ability to work independently and as part of the team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must be dependable and punctual
