Summary
Develops architectural design studies, construction documents, and details for commercial, retail, hospitality, office, and mixed-use projects using Revit and AutoCAD, coordinating with consultants and supporting code and design reviews. Requires 3+ years of commercial architecture experience; remote role with hourly-rate screening.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce design studies, layouts, elevations, details, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with consultants and incorporate engineering requirements.
- Support code, material, constructability, and design review processes.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture or related discipline; registration preferred.
- 3+ years of commercial architectural experience.
- Strong Revit/AutoCAD skills and understanding of construction documentation.
