Golden Valley Bank is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our exceptional commercial relationship team. This position will develop, market, service and maintain all types of business relationships, including loans, lines of credit, deposits, and treasury management products while promoting positive internal and customer relationships. Will prepare and review term sheets, commitment letters and loan documentation.


Reporting directly to the Chief Credit Officer, the Commercial Banking Relationship Manager is expected to possess a very outgoing and progressive attitude, while exhibiting a welcoming personality, with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to determine and meet customer's needs. The ideal candidate is expected to have thorough knowledge of the lending functions and related Government regulations. Must have the competence to develop new business by contacting prospects and customers along with:

  • The ability to gather information, analyze and prepare loan presentations where fitting.
  • Monitor and maintain existing loan portfolios, including appropriate resolution of emerging problem loans.
  • A commitment to the vision, mission, and core vales of Golden Valley Bank.
  • Awareness that you can have a positive influence and make a difference with our customers as well as in the community.
  • Enhance job performance by applying up-to-date professional and technical knowledge gained by attending training sessions, reviewing professional publications and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Will travel to meet potential and existing customers and attend meetings as needed.
