Location: Basildon, Essex, England
Salary: £50,000–£70,000 per year

What You’ll Do
- Manage product pricing, margins, and range performance.
- Analyze sales data, product mix, and profitability to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
- Evaluate promotions and discounts to improve commercial performance.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, and Technical Category Management to deliver growth plans.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in category management, commercial management, pricing, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn data into practical commercial recommendations.
- Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, average selling price, and product mix.
- Commercial awareness, initiative, and confidence presenting recommendations to senior management.
Experience in plumbing, heating, or construction products is preferred but not essential.
