The Role
You'll grow our client base by finding, pitching, and closing new commercial cleaning accounts, then building lasting relationships with those clients.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and reach out to business owners, office managers, facility managers, and property managers
- Conduct site walkthroughs and deliver tailored proposals and presentations
- Close new accounts and manage client relationships
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- B2B sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to find and close new business is a big plus
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, and able to work independently and with a team
- Commercial cleaning or facility services experience is a plus — we'll train you on services and pricing
- High school diploma required; bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
