The Commercial Construction Project Manager will independently manage interior finish-out projects from planning through closeout. This role will oversee project execution using multiple delivery methods, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and conduct local visits to active job sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage commercial interior finish-out projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors and support effective project team execution.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project progress, issues, and decisions.
• Conduct local site visits to monitor active construction activities.
• Manage individual project ownership across multiple delivery methods.
• Complete project closeout activities and deliver final project documentation.
• Use of ProCore for submittals.
