Project Manager – Commercial Construction | Jacksonville, FL
- Based in Jacksonville, Florida, with periodic travel for projects along the East Coast and as far west as Texas.
- Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion, including schedules, budgets, documentation, and site progress.
- Coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Manage subcontractor bids, buyouts, project costs, progress payments, and change orders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field .
- 7+ years of combined construction/design-build experience with 3+ years supervisory experience.
- Experience with ground-up, healthcare, and clean-room construction strongly .
- Proven success managing multimillion-dollar construction projects.
