Location: Marshall, VA / Northern Virginia

Salary: $110,000–$135,000 annually

They are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from initial planning through successful completion.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of commercial construction projects, including financial performance, scheduling, subcontractor management, contract administration, and client communication.

The ideal candidate has a strong commercial general contracting background, hands-on project ownership experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with field Superintendents and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project resources.
• Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement.
• Work closely with Superintendents to maintain project progress and resolve issues.
• Serve as a primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to established quality, schedule, and financial objectives.
• Oversee project closeout, documentation, and turnover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including project management responsibilities.
• Experience working for a commercial general contractor.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and building systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred.
• Ability to support projects throughout Northern Virginia.
