Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager — K–12

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects, with a strong preference for experience delivering ground-up K–12 educational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing complex projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals are met.
• Manage contracts, budgets, schedules, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, owners, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive successful project delivery.
• Oversee project financial performance and reporting.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Proven experience managing ground-up K–12 school projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and project financials.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
