Job Description
About the opportunity
We are looking for someone to join our SME Customer Acquisition team, contributing both to the support of commercial operations and the implementation of new demand generation initiatives.
This position will be responsible for supporting sales operations, ensuring the execution of essential day-to-day processes for the commercial team, and leading projects aimed at the evolution of digital customer acquisition channels. We are looking for someone organized, committed, analytical, and with the initiative to propose improvements, always seeking greater efficiency and scalability for the operation.
Main responsibilities
- Perform activities that support the day-to-day commercial operation, ensuring quality, organization, and compliance with processes.
- Interact daily with sales teams to support operational demands, clarify processes, and contribute to problem-solving.
- Act as a focal point between Customer Acquisition and partner areas, promoting alignment and tracking deliverables.
- Participate in the implementation of new demand generation channels for the SME segment, supporting the implementation of processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Conduct integrations with partner suppliers responsible for new prospecting and customer acquisition channels.
- Manage suppliers, tracking deliverables, schedules, indicators, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work together with Marketing, Commercial Operations, Technology, BI, and other partner areas to ensure project execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in commercial operations, proposing solutions that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Support process automation initiatives and the use of Artificial Intelligence to gain productivity.
- Document processes, monitor implementations, and contribute to the standardization and governance of initiatives led by the area.
Requirements
- Experience in roles with an interface between business and operational areas.
- Experience with project management and tracking.
- Knowledge or experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Ability to organize processes and track multiple demands simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and ease in building relationships with different audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively and with a sense of priority.
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
It will be a plus
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools applied to productivity.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Knowledge of Power BI or data visualization tools.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering
- Knowledge or experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Knowledge of Excel
