eCom & Returns is a key enabler for Growth and with that also key enabler for achieving our ambitious 2X30 goals. With our Commercial Development team we want to generate new opportunities from new logos as well as global account replications. We want to increase our winnability for these opportunities in a systematic way. In any customer pursuit, we must be aligned with other participants (esp. local and regional BD and marketing teams). This requires manoeuvring in a complex stakeholder and priority landscape (often with limited time).
DHL Supply Chain operates eCommerce and Returns operations across dozens of markets and hundreds of sites globally, each with unique characteristics and varying levels of maturity. To drive global consistency, accelerate capability development, and scale proven solutions across markets, the global eCom & Returns communities (400+ members) are critical enablers.
The Community & PMO Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping, orchestrating, and advancing these communities within a jointly aligned global setup. The role ensures seamless knowledge sharing, capability building, and strategic alignment while also establishing project governance for key global development initiatives. This position contributes directly to creating a unified, scalable, and customer credible way of working that reinforces DHL’s reputation as a trusted partner across markets

Your key accountabilities include:
Global Community Management
Lead and continuously evolve the global eCom & Returns community (400+ members across regions)
Build and facilitate community engagement, e.g.: global community calls, webinars, leadership forums, workshops, and learning/capability sharing sessions
Maintain and curate digital community spaces as “single source of truth” (e.g. Teams, SharePoint / Viva Engage / internal platforms)
Facilitate sharing of key content, e.g. best practices, customer cases, innovation highlights, tools, playbooks and unique market capabilities
Monitor community adoption and engagement metrics to improve utilization and impact
Capability Development & PMO
Facilitate and steer content gathering for community platforms
Provide structured reporting, dashboards, and decision-making materials to senior global leadership
Run PMO for key commercial workstreams, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly managed
Establish and maintain robust project governance for global eCommerce & Returns development initiatives
Organize and help prepare key meetings (e.g. BRM, regional or functional alignment meetings, team meetings)
Manage dashboards and visual reports that communicate progress to leadership and communities
Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Management
Monitors & collects global & regional input on market trends, competitor moves, and evolving customer needs & socializes across relevant platforms
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, thought leadership materials, and strategic updates
Coordinate across functional experts (e.g. IT, SD, BD, OE) to ensure aligned global execution
What are we looking for from you?
Education Level
- Bachelor's degree
- English (Full professional proficiency)
- Additional languages (preferred)
Experience Level
-Strong experience in logistics, eCommerce, supply chain, or large-scale transformation roles
-Experience in community management, cross-market collaboration, or capability-building programs
- Strong track record in PMO, governance, or structured project execution in complex global environments
