• Identify, pursue, and close new commercial electrical contracts and business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients
• Prepare and present competitive sales proposals, bids, and project estimates
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets and revenue goals
• Represent Blue Collar Services at networking events, trade shows, and industry associations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience in the commercial electrical or construction industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems, services, and project scoping
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction plans and specifications is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
