It is responsible for developing robust financial business cases for new opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Program Management—to define cost improvement roadmaps and maximize returns across the product lifecycle. By maintaining accurate and up-to-date program financials, the role ensures the long-term financial health and success of the business.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Key Objectives of the Role:</span></b></div><ul><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Lead finance activities for an assigned business unit, acting as a strategic business partner to the Commercial Lead.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Support and maintain program financials from acquisition through Start of Production (SOP).</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Continuously monitor program financial performance throughout the product lifecycle, challenging assumptions, and identifying opportunities to optimize profitability.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Develop strategic business cases and financial roadmaps to drive improved returns over the business period.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Prepare and present financial analyses and recommendations to senior management.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Support customer negotiations, including pricing strategy and long-term agreements.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Optimize commercial margins, including current year financial impacts.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Analyze and report on sales and commercial margin performance; support annual budgeting and forecasting related to sales planning.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Ensure compliance with SOX controls, including review and reporting of Long Term Agreements (LTAs) in line with revenue recognition guidelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:DarwinSans;font-size:14px;">Monitor customer vehicle volumes, industry trends, and regulatory developments that may impact demand and commercial outcomes;
