Commercial High Potential Program - French Market

You will dive into real commercial projects from day one, solving practical problems and contributing to measurable outcomes. During months 1–2 you receive one-on-one mentorship, weekly feedback, and onboarding training in commercial strategies and operations. In months 3–4 you identify bottlenecks, take ownership of high-impact projects, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and present findings to senior leadership. In months 5–6 you lead projects, formulate and present client strategies, manage client relationships, and represent the company at European events.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and French communication, written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset
  • Finalizing a BSc degree in Business, Science, Technology, or Mathematics
  • Prior relevant work experience in consulting, tech startups, or fast-paced innovative environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on problem-solving
  • Digital native and willingness to learn new technologies
