Commercial High Potential Program

You will solve real-world problems from day one and contribute directly to commercial initiatives. You will receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback, learn global commercial strategies and operational processes, and build a business development toolkit. You will take ownership of high-impact projects, identify and resolve bottlenecks, collaborate with department directors and regional leaders, present strategies to senior executives, lead project workstreams, manage client relationships, and represent the company at European events.

Requirements

  • Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Hands-on problem solver
  • Excellent English communication both written and verbal
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong desire to evolve career in a tech environment focused on cloud and deep tech
  • Digital native; interest in learning new technologies even without programming experience
  • Prior relevant work experience such as consulting, tech startups, or other fast-paced innovative environments
  • At least finalizing a BSc degree in Business, Science, Technology, or Mathematics
