Position Overview

Our client, an established and growing company in the Fort Wayne area, is seeking dependable, motivated individuals interested in building a career in HVAC industry.

No HVAC experience required! This is an opportunity to develop technical skills through hands-on experience working alongside experienced technicians in commercial and job-site environments. Candidates with backgrounds in maintenance, equipment repair, automotive, manufacturing, or other technical fields are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC service, installation, maintenance, and repairs in commercial and job-site environments.
  
• Help identify equipment issues and support repairs
  
• Assist with basic electrical diagnostics and become familiar with tools and wiring diagrams through training and experience.
  
• Support technicians with tools, materials, and job-site preparation.
  
• Follow safety procedures and established work practices.
  
• Work with field technicians and management to complete assignments safely and efficiently.
  
• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop.
  

Qualifications

• No previous HVAC experience required.
  
• Interest in HVAC, equipment repair, maintenance, or a related technical field.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technical skills.
  
• Dependable with strong work ethic.
  
• Ability to work independently as training progresses and collaborate with a team.
  
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet fieldwork and travel requirements.
  
• Electrical, mechanical, construction, automotive, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required.
