Commercial HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of commercial HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of commercial HVAC construction, project scheduling, estimating, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, and documentation.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with construction technology and project management platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Build, BIM 360, or similar software. This position requires someone who can effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with customers, general contractors, field teams, vendors, and internal leadership.
