Commercial Insights Manager, Private Equity

About the role

The Insights Private Equity team is one of Dialectica’s fastest-growing lines of business — and this role sits at the heart of it. You’ll drive commercial growth across our Private Equity client base, turning insight into revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Proactive Content

• Create sharp, proactive content on the topics that matter most to private equity clients in your coverage area.
• Lead exploratory conversations with clients around that content, and convert them into new client opportunities.

Scoping & Technical Sales

• Scope client needs and convert them into project mandates across the full suite of Dialectica’s Private Equity offering — Expert Calls, Voice of Customer, M&A Mapping, Deal Advisors, Origin, and more.

Product Delivery & Relationship Management

• Own delivery and quality for the Insights product team end to end (e.g. Voice of Customer Insights, M&A Mapping, and more).
• Partner with other product groups to raise the bar on quality and delivery excellence across Dialectica’s full offering.
• Take the lead on deepening client penetration through every project relationship, and turn referrals and relationship-building into a growing user base.

Product Innovation

• Spot opportunities to innovate our Insights offering for private equity clients, testing and co-creating new modules directly with them.

Account Management

• Own and grow senior and budget-holder relationships alike, building a base of advocates for Dialectica across your coverage area.
• Drive annual renewals and package commitments from start to close.

What we are looking for

• 4+ years in professional services, consulting, or equivalent — transactions experience highly valued.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve ambitious goals.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to clients and driving business growth.
