Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Location: Searcy, AR (remote candidates will be considered)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial insurance experience
  • Valid insurance license (preferred)
  • Strong computer proficiency and understanding of P&C concepts
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proven history of stable employment
  • Experience as an Insurance Sales Representative (preferred)

This role involves working alongside Commercial Producers to manage new and renewal business accounts. Responsibilities include marketing accounts to various carriers, maintaining accurate records in the agency management system, and processing certificates of insurance, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused individual with strong customer service skills and the ability to solve client problems effectively. The ideal candidate will excel at balancing multiple priorities and working collaboratively to support our clients’ insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Commercial Producers on new and renewal business accounts
  • Market accounts with a variety of carriers to secure the best coverage for clients
  • Update and maintain the agency management system
  • Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, audits, and cancellations
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service to clients

Loan Repayment Opportunities

Many Arcare locations serve medically underserved communities. Eligible clinical team members may qualify for federal loan repayment programs through HRSA, including the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program and the Nurse Corps Loan Repayment Program. Eligibility and award approval are determined by HRSA based on role, location, discipline, and program requirements.
