Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Production Manager – Commercial Kitchen Equipment & Stainless-Steel Fabrication. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end factory operations—from raw material sourcing and sheet metal engineering to laser cutting, precision bending, welding, assembly, and final quality assurance.

You will be responsible for manufacturing custom stainless steel kitchen equipment (counters, exhaust hoods, worktables, sinks, cabinets) and modular cold room panels, ensuring compliance with international hygiene and safety standards.

Skills

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication and factory production, specifically within the commercial kitchen equipment or food service equipment manufacturing industry.
