Commercial Lawyer

What you'll do

●Legal advice on corporate matters and business restructurings: Capital increases and reductions, mergers, spin-offs, global transfers, liquidation of companies.

●Comprehensive advice to commercial companies both nationally and internationally: family businesses, Start-ups, SMEs, and other legal entities.

●Advice on structures and financing of real estate projects and investments including: real estate investment and divestment structures, real estate project financing, and the creation and management of investment funds and real estate companies.

●Analysis and regularization of assets: due diligence of real estate assets and companies, optimization of real estate portfolios (regularization of licenses, subdivisions, mergers, excess floor area, etc.), and the establishment of simple horizontal property regimes and real estate complexes.

●Contracting: advice on asset and real estate company acquisition operations, as well as preparatory actions (purchase options, promises, earnest money deposits, sales and purchase agreements, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, assignments, among others), establishment and cancellation of real rights, and all types of leases.

●Assistance at trials and hearings, litigation for contractual resolutions, claims for payment...

What we're looking for

●Degree in Law with a specialization in Commercial Law.

●Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position.

●Ability to work autonomously and in a team, with excellent communication skills.

●Proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and a high level of English.
